Интересно,а бывают разнополые близнецы? Именно близнецы,а не двойняшки!
И если бывают, то в период полового созревания они перестают быть близнецами? (все таки мужские и женские черты лица различаются).

не, не бывают. они еще по-английски identical twins называются. судите сами.

Identical (monozygotic) twins come from one zygote (fertilized egg) that splits in two. This separation can occurs up to the 12th day of conception, around the time the egg is implanting in the uterus. Identical twins share 100% of their DNA and are the same sex. They have similar hand and foot prints, but different finger prints and teeth marks!

Fraternal (dizygotic) twins occur when the mother releases two eggs and both become fertilized. They can be the same or different sexes. Like singleton siblings, they share 50% of their DNA.
