У нас, блин, почему-то по японским технологиям строят не сейсмоопасную Алмату, а Астану - абсолютно "штилевую" местность.

Зато в Алматы понастроили "братских могил" в 40 этажей, облицованных стеклом.
Вот, ждем, когда тряхнет...
