Правда такой подход требует внешнего источника энергии для тех самых "heat exchange filaments", а если брать её от движений носителя -- то костюм будет, мягко говоря, несколько стеснять движения: оно требует не так уж и мало.
Ну написано, что оно есть, а за счет чего работают - не написано - движение тела используется как насос. К тому же, получается, что в костюме надо постоянно двигаться.
