Хм. 1.6 Вт в 10^10 - это немало, 16 гигаватт вроде(это же как 2.6 ЗАЭС, причем в мире электростанций такой мощности менее 20). 8 микроватт рассеивания - это вообще ни о чем.
То есть, вопрос через N лет можно считать usefull, или как?
