А почему бы не внедрить в сутках 2 по 10 часов, 100 минут в часе и 100 секунд в минуте?
Или такие попытки уже делали?

And what we express by "6 hours 32 minutes 11 seconds in the afternoon", they simply denoted by saying "kalaz", which is the number of time units which have passed since midnight. Later I learned how easy it was to memorize telephone numbers this way.
