А вот интересно, если бы у СССР так и не появилось бы ядерного оружия, применили бы США в итоге атомное оружие против СССР ?

думаю да, и достоверный факт, что у американцев был такой план, кажется там значилось нанесение в течеие 48 часов ядерных ударов по основным центрам СССР..
